CommonSense Records is a fine electronic label founded in 2017 by Alejandro Franco, a well known music journalist, radio host, DJ and Producer based in México City.

CSR, stands for musical adventures among great artists, sensorial events and fine releases. Our first Compilation is a first taste of what is happening with electronic music scene in México nowadays (2018), from North to South, even beyond borders and recognizing the work of other amazing labels.

This curation of sounds approaches the infinite possibilities of human magic exploration, becoming a portrait of what it is to live in the center of the world... always fulfilled with some shine and darkness at the same time.

Fausto is originally from Los Mochis, Sinaloa and his first releases are available at Nein Records Label.

Fela is Estefani Brolo, a singer, composer and producer from Guatemala. One of her most experimental projects "Tripsounder", led her move to Barcelona and she is now based in México. She is also the lead singer of Patterns, our favorite band from Costa Rica.

Daniel Cantisani began his music career at the age at the age of 14 singing, playing piano, synths and guitar till late hours in local bars and clubs in Monterrey. As a producer, he has been experimenting with all kinds of genres; from classical to jazz, funk, rock, hip- hop, nu disco and many more.

Giorgio Brindesi aka Loverman is one of the most respected DJs and Producers in México. His technique, music selection, production style and his particular way of connecting with the audience have positioned him among the best. Also co founder of this label, he is a meticulous professional of Deep House, House and Tech House.

Zombies in Miami, the worldwide known mexican duo conformed by Canibal and Jenouise (from Aguascalientes), delivers amazing sound pieces where techno is combined with disco, and even rock essence, resulting in dark and deep passages destined to burn the dance floor.

Andruss is Mérida, Yucatán´s finest producer. His latest project among german label Bunny Tiger is called "México Collection", which includes pieces from amazing mexican talent and begins the first VA to enter at the TOP 100 Beatport #13 Tech House.

Juan Harrison is a mexican producer best known as Tkuz. He began his musical career as a drummer in a band formed by a group of friends, an experience that helped him acquire a good knowledge of electronic music and synthesizers.

Soul Of Hex is Gerardo Cedillo who has been intimately involved in dance music for a long time. He got his start as one half of Kry-Lon, a duo that sat at the forefront of the “new rave” scene in his hometown of Tijuana, Baja California. In the years since, Cedillo keeps himself busy running the label Vicario Musique Recordings.

Moises Ramirez aka Moisees is DJ / Producer and founder of Duro Records & Never Stop Music.

Theus Mago is mexican producer Mateo González, known as Bufi, Sonido Fantasma, and also co-founder of Duro label. With this new project, Mateo is given space to experiment with a more post-industrial side of music.

Alejandro Franco is also founder of the Content and Production Company Grupo Sentido, well known as the main office of WARP, a music and lifestyle media platform, created in 2006. As a storyteller, his music and curation provides perfect scores for nights and days.

Founder of Nortec Collective, Pepe Mogt (aka Fussible) is known for being one of the most important México´s producers. One of these few artists capable of capturing what he sees around him and converting it into sound waves. He is also one of Tijuana's most valued assets.
